Care home video package

Help families feel at home
before they visit.

A real family's story. A familiar face. A sense of everyday life. Three beautifully made films that help families get to know your home, all captured in one considered filming day.

A couple sitting together in the lounge, telling their family's story to camera.
Real people. Their own words. Exceptional care, shown exceptionally.
Completely done for you
Three core films + social edits
Yours to keep and use

Why film works in care

Three questions. Three films. Real reassurance.

Long before anyone picks up the phone, a family is looking for proof: that the care is real, that the people feel right, and that their mum could belong here. They go looking on a screen, late at night, with you nowhere in the room to answer for yourself.

Family story films

Said by someone who already chose you.

A home cannot vouch for itself. A daughter who moved her mother in eighteen months ago can, and when she does, she is speaking straight to another daughter facing the very thing you have already helped one family through.

The family’s own words

We sit with one family, ask open questions and never hand anyone a line to say. The film comes out of what they actually said, and it ends where the relief is. More on how we find and film the family

The shoot day

One filming day, with as little disruption as possible.

We keep the shoot small, calm and organised around the normal rhythm of the home. Mealtimes and routines carry on as usual, nobody is pushed to perform, and anyone who does not want to appear on camera simply does not.

We arrive after breakfast and keep our kit contained
Interviews are relaxed conversations in familiar surroundings
Your manager does not need to write or learn a script
We bring the consent forms and guide the filming process

Manager introductions

The first person a family wants to meet.

Families are choosing people as much as a building. We do not ask managers to present to camera or deliver polished lines. We have a natural conversation and shape the strongest moments into an introduction that feels warm, caring and compassionate.

After the shoot

One shoot. Content you can keep using everywhere.

Use the films on your website, Google profile, social channels and in the follow-up you send to new enquiries. We also supply portrait edits made for phones, so the same shoot gives you content that works across the places families actually see you.

The finished films are yours outright. There is no recurring licence and no expiry on where you can use them.

Cinematic walkthroughs

The building, filmed the way it deserves.

A good walkthrough does more than show bedrooms and lounges. It gives families a sense of space, atmosphere and everyday life before they arrange a visit. We film the home as a home, not as an empty property tour.

The home, room by room

It is especially useful when more than one family member is involved in the decision, including relatives who cannot visit in person.

Video + occupancy marketing

Turn the films into a resident-acquisition campaign

The same films can become the creative foundation of our private-occupancy marketing. We use them in Meta advertising and the enquiry journey so more local families discover your home, understand what makes it different and take the next step.

Before you book a call

The things owners want to know first.

Yes. The video package can be commissioned on its own, with no advertising service attached. The finished films are yours to use across your own marketing.

Almost nothing. Shortlist a few families who might be happy to take part and ask whether they mind us giving them a call. From there it is ours: we ring the family, prepare them for the day, and book the family, the home and your manager in around each other. That really is the whole job.

No. The core interviews are with a family member and your manager. Residents only appear where the appropriate consent is in place, and anyone who would rather not be filmed can be kept out of shot.

You and your manager know your families best. We simply need one relative who is happy with the care their loved one receives and comfortable having a relaxed conversation with us. We guide everything from there.

That is completely normal. We do not ask them to present or memorise anything. It is a guided conversation, and we edit the strongest, most natural parts together afterwards.

One day on site covers the three core films. We will need time with your chosen family member and manager, plus access to the areas of the home you would like us to capture.

No. We use open questions and natural conversation rather than scripts or rehearsed lines. The aim is for every film to sound and feel like the real people in your home.

Yes. The finished films are yours outright to use across your own marketing, with no recurring licence.
