Care home website design
Care home website design is not really about taste. It is about whether a worried son or daughter, scrolling on a phone late in the evening, finishes the page believing they could trust you with someone they love. We design and build websites for care homes and nothing else, so every page is made for that moment.
The problem
So many wonderful care homes are still represented online by a site that looks years out of date, will not sit right on a phone, and reads like a list of facilities rather than showing the warmth inside. Families form their impression in seconds, and that impression is quietly working against you.
Quietly, it turns away the families who would have chosen you, the ones who clicked away before they ever felt what life with you is really like.
The first impression your care deserves
A family should feel the warmth of your home long before they call.
What good looks like
Three things decide whether a family enquires. Everything else in care home website design is refinement on top of them.
Stock photography is the fastest way to lose a family, because most people recognise it and read it as something being hidden. Real residents and real staff, with consent and dignity protected, do work no layout can. On film, always real people, never AI.
Silence about money reads as something to hide, and it filters out serious families rather than protecting them. Explaining what is included, how fees are reviewed and what the first conversation covers removes the fear.
Most families arrive on a phone, often late at night, and they will not wait. A heavy, image-stuffed page loses them before your care is ever considered. Every site we build is made to be quick on the worst connection in the house.
How it runs
Four stages, and we carry most of the weight. Your part is heaviest at the start and light from there. We will tell you honestly what we need and when.
What makes your home different, who you serve, what families ask on the phone, and what you wish people understood before they visit.
Photographs, or a day with us capturing your home properly. Fees, staff, and your rating for display if you are in England.
Structure, writing, design and the technical work, with revisions until it feels right. Nothing goes live as a surprise.
The site, the domain and the content, handed over with a plain explanation of how to keep it current. No lock-in, ever.
Three builds
One using the photos and video you already have, one designed from a blank page around your home, and one where we come and capture your home at its very best. All built by hand, all a one-off, and all yours to keep.
A clean, modern site using your own photos and video. The quickest way from a dated page to one you are proud of.
A fully bespoke site, written and designed around your home's own story, with everything a family needs to find you, trust you and reach out.
Everything in the Bespoke build, plus a day with us capturing your home properly, so every image and every frame is truly yours.
All three are a one-off, paid upfront, with no retainers and nothing to sign up to. You own the finished site outright and can host it wherever you like, or let us look after it for you. See what each build includes.
The proof
The site you are reading now is ours, built by the same hands that would build yours. And because every page we build is shaped around the moment a family reaches out, here is where all of it leads.

Common questions
A good care home website answers the family's real question, which is whether they can trust you with someone they love. That means real photographs of real staff and residents with consent, plain writing about fees and what happens next, an obvious way to make contact, and fast loading on a phone. Attractive without those things does not produce enquiries.
Our Refresh build is usually live within a week, once we have your photos and words. The Bespoke takes longer, because we interview you and write every page around your home. The Showcase runs longest, as it includes a day at your home filming and photographing before the build, then rounds of revisions until it feels right.
You own the finished site outright, with no lock-in and nothing to sign up to. Host it wherever you like, or let us look after it for you for a small monthly fee. The build is paid once, upfront.
Most homes come to us with a dated site, and any of the three builds replaces it. The Refresh rebuilds it cleanly around the enquiry using your existing photos, while the Bespoke and the Showcase start fresh, the Showcase with new photography and film. We keep whatever still works and improve the rest.
A general designer can build a lovely site. We build for care homes and nothing else, so we already understand the families, the emotion and the trust this decision is built on, and we shape every page around the moment a worried family decides to reach out.
